So yesterday and today I feel so blah but I know it is because TOM is going to arrive. I failed miserably yesterday. I am not sure why but I felt I needed to snack all day long yesterday even when I knew better. So sadly I have to report today I had a gain of 2lbs. :( I did exercise yesterday but ate too much and so I am positive that is why I gained. But on a positive note I will not do that today and I hope to report by tomorrow or the next day that the 2lbs I gained are gone.
i am going to start the formula tomorow but i was wondering is it better to weight your self everyday or once a week
ReplyDeleteWell I'm on the fence on that one so to speak lol. Before this diet I did the HCG diet and on that diet they wanted you to wiegh every morning. But I think maybe that was because they were saying on that diet you should lose a pound a day. On this diet there are no food restrictions but you should eat healthy and exercise. The formula makes you feel full and makes it to where you don't over eat. I think in the long run it is better to try and just weigh in once a week. There are so many things that can make your weight fluctuate a pound or 2 day to day. Water wieght and tom are a couple of those things. I myself am going to try for the once a week. I did weigh every morning the first week on this diet but Im going to try my hardest to go to the once a week. Good luck on starting the diet. It really is a good aid to help with wieght loss. But that is just it, it is an aid not a miricle. You have to exersice and work to lose the weight
ReplyDeletemelissa..trust me..TOM can screw with the scale. it had me out of my mind last week! i will never weigh during that time again. perhaps that is why you snacked alot because of that...keep your chin up. after TOM i am sure you will lose those 2 pounds and more! and although i do it..i think daily weighing is not a good idea.
