Not giving up :)

Well I didn't do so well last week, but I figure hey that happens with most plans I do to try and lose weight.  So I am not giving up.  I have yet to get on the scale again but will at the end of this week.  Last week I had some high stress and personal things going on and so I didn't take the formula.  I have joined sparkpeople.com and so far like it really well to track what I'm eating and it shows the calories and fat and everything plus I have found some pretty low cal and low fat recipes on there so I'm likeing it a lot.  I thought I should check in tho.  This week so far has gone good I have not over ate and I am drinking my water and have exercised two days in a row so far my plan is to do at least 3 days a week of exercise.  I am seeing people post some really good results on facebook but then I am also seeing some that are already trying to sell the product because it is not working for them. So that's it for today and I'll check in and weigh sometime the end of this week or maybe on Mon.

Day 14

So here I am two weeks into this and I am feeling good.  I have lost a total of 11.5 pounds.  I started in the mid 260's and I am now 4lbs away from being in the 240's.  The eating right has gone good this week for me.  I still managed to weight myself every morning uggg.  Its a very bad habit but I was wanting to see what happens day by day with weight loss as I adjusted my dose on the formula and also how I ate as in what kind of foods.  I have found that I can eat just about anything as long as it is in moderation and still lose so that 's a plus. 23 more pounds off will put me back to where I was when I ended with the HCG diet.  I had lost about 50lbs on that one but quickly gained back about 30lbs of it.  I am hoping to at least be back to 230 by the end of may.  My oldest niece is graduating high school then so it would be nice.  I noticed I can only have one cup of coffee a day I was doing two the first week and felt like I had dry mouth at the end of the night, I found I would get the same dry mouth feeling when I ate something that had a lot of sodium.  One night we had pizza for dinner and I ate one slice and I felt so dehydrated that night and the next morning.  So that's my update for today.  Oh and I have done really bad on being consistent with my exercise the past few days.  I have just been in a rut idk why.  So my plan is to get a routine with the exercise and stick to it!

A lil about me and an update on progress

Okay so first off I have to say I have never done a blog before.  I'm still learning so please bare with me.:)  I am 31 yrs old married and have one beautiful daughter.  It seems like my weight problem began at about age 10. I don't think it was because of lack of exercise because I was always outside and riding my bike and playing.  I did however eat a lot of junk food and in my house it was never a problem to go back for 2nds or even 3rds on meals.  I had lost a lot of weight my last yr of high school.  My lowest weight ever that I can remember was 170 or 175.  I met my husband married and had my daughter at age 21.  After having her my weight went from 170 to 220.  From there it just got worse and last yr I hit a all time high of 286.5.  I did the HCG diet and got down to 230lbs in 3 months.  I then was in the part of the plan where you maintain and that did not happen for me I started eating whatever whenever I wanted and gained back weight.  My husband and I have wanted more kids and the doctors say it is not happening because of my weight.  That is a lot of pressure on me and I feel guilty.  So here I am starting on the roca labs.  So far it's going well.  I seem to be losing a lil slower this time but that's okay with me as long as I lose.  My goal right now is to lose about 80lbs.  That at least puts me under 200.  I am 5'6 and a half and do not have a thin build at all if that makes sense so I have a hard time seeing results.  I did have my husband take staring pics I just have not had the guts to post them.  Maybe I will when I lose more weight and I can show results.  So I started at 264.5 on 3/29/11 and today 4/8/11 I am down to 256.3 so I have lost a total of 8.2lbs. I'll take it cause as I said in my last post I had a day where I totally failed and ate all day long even tho I was not hungry.  Ugg it's that head hunger that get's me all the time.  But I know I will so excited and jumping for joy when I see 180 on the scales even tho the doctors say I should weight anywhere from 145 to 150 at my height.  I did start exercising I have two machines I switch between to mix it up a lil.  I have a reg walking machine and a EFX elliptical machine.  So far I have done 30 min a day on one or the other.  I would like to work up to an hr a day.  So I guess that is all for now. I just wanted to update you on my progress and give you all a little background on myself.  Oh and I love the fb group all you ladies are doing so well. So high five to you.  You guys keep me going so thank you!

So not a good two days

So yesterday and today I feel so blah but I know it is because TOM is going to arrive.  I failed miserably yesterday.  I am not sure why but I felt I needed to snack all day long yesterday even when I knew better.  So sadly I have to report today I had a gain of 2lbs. :(  I did exercise yesterday but ate too much and so I am positive that is why I gained.  But on a positive note I will not do that today and I hope to report by tomorrow or the next day that the 2lbs I gained are gone.

Day 7

So I am on day 7 using the formula.  I am still feeling really full all day long.  I had no weight loss yesterday or today.  But I am down a total of 7.2lbs.  I started taking the formula on March 29th 2011.  On March 30th I had a loss of 3.6lbs on March 31st I was down 2.6lbs on April 1st I was down 0.7lbs and on April 2nd I was down 0.3lbs and on April 3rd and 4th no weight loss.  So not bad for a one week weight loss total.  I am feeling full all day long.  I haven't had that hunger feeling since being on the diet.  So far I am loving it.  I have not started exercising but plan to add in exercise tomorrow.
